From card sorting to surveys and ethnographic studies User Experience puts the user, their life, context and goals first. These are the form factors of digital design.

I have worked with major retailers to help redefine experiences based on the context, needs and behavior of their users. From field research for luxury travel brands to card sorting studies for retailers and universities, research has helped ensure the products I design focus on the user.

I am an advocate for the end-user and the role that the systems I design play in their lives. My approach to design is contextual, behavioral and ethnographic. I use both quantitative and qualitative methods at different stages of projects to make sure that strategy, priorities and features make people’s lives better.
