I’m a UX guy with a pile of books by my bed and a lot of notebooks full of ideas. When I’m not walking my dog I’m usually knee-deep in a new book and looking for some inspiration.
Few people became Uxers through traditional routes. I started with studies in psychology, art and communication studies and post-graduate studies in research methods in the social sciences.
Whilst studying I specialized in visual cognition. I used specialized research software to build experiments that study how we understand visual stimuli to make better decisions. I later taught the use of this software to other post-graduates. Since then I’ve worked with the government before finding my way into the digital space. With a keen eye for culture, innovation and the world we live in the digital space was, like it is for many of us… natural.
I’ve now worked with some of the best agencies and biggest companies around. And I’m here to make a difference.
Projects have included work with Blitz, Rosetta, TBWA/Chiat Day, Precedent, Genex, Phenomenon and now my own (and your) projects as well as work with Microsoft Game Studios, Computer Associates, The British Heart Foundation, several NHS Health Authorities, The Financial Services Authority, Acura and Ford.
I’ve worked across Gaming, Automotive, Fashion, e-commerce, Finance, Travel, The Third Sector, Education, Insurance, Electronics, Health and Entertainment.
